The Last Working Day Of The Month: Issue 163

< issue 162 issue 164 >
(MJ Hibbett & The Validators FACT, October 31st 2018)

Hello all, and welcome to this HALLOWEEN edition of the newsletter. Let's get started!

Thursday 6 December - The King & Queen, London
Totally Acoustic Christmas Special with The Popinjays and Dave Green's 80s singalong.

Check for more information.

This year we're putting our 'Christmas Selection Box' album on all streaming services, so that you'll finally be able to add The Validators to your Christmas playlists! We'll also be releasing a brand new song called 'Last Christmas (in the EU)', which is not only SUPER CHRISTMASSY but is pretty much guaranteed to bring down the government. More news on all this next time!

Next spring I'll be heading out on a national tour with Mr Matt Tiller, visiting Manchester, Bristol and Sheffield as well as popping up at the Leicester Comedy Festival. It's a very sensible tour, with entire weeks of rest days between shows - you can see the dates as they get added on our gigs page, here:

The Plinths have recently recorded their next EP, which will be released early next year, and have also released a video for 'Alison Alien', which you can see HERE:

The WONDERFUL 'It Only Works Because You're Hibbett' album, put together by Mr R Kirkham and featuring a whole host of chums covering my songs, has just been added to our Bandcamp site. If you've not heard it before, please rectify that immediately, HERE:

And that's the lot for this month - see you next time for a whole heap of Christmas-related news!
